Alexander Fyodorovich Kerensky (Russian: Алекса́ндр Фёдорович Ке́ренский, IPA: [ɐlʲɪˈksandr ˈkʲerʲɪnskʲɪj]; 4 May [O.S. 22 April] 1881 – 11 June 1970) was a major political leader before and during the Russian Revolutions of 1917.

The Marauder is a Glaug commander tactical pod.
The Warhammer is the MBR-04-Mk.VI Destroid Tomahawk.
The Crusader is a VF-1A "Armored" Valkyrie (which never appeared to my memory in Macross, the only battroid equipped with the GBP-S1 system was the VF-1J.)
The Stinger is a VF-1A Valkyrie.
The Wasp is a VF-1S Valkyrie.
The Phoenix Hawk is a VF-1S Valkyrie equipped with FAST packs.
The Archer is a MBR-07-Mk.II Destroid Spartan.
The Rifleman is a ADR-04-Mk.X Destroid Defender.
The Longbow is a SDR-04-Mk.XII Destroid Phalanx.
FASA licensed the art from an importer of Japanese model kits who probably did not have the right to do so.
Harmony Gold bought the rights to all things Macross from Tatsukano Productions, who also didn't have the rights to do so. Which is why anything after Macross Plus (7, Zero, and Frontier) isn't available here.
Interestingly, Studio Nue gave the Unification War era VF-0 variable fighter from Macross Zero the nickname Phoenix. I doubt it has anything to do with FASA and Battletech, but it's interesting.

At first, I was excited to hear about Mechwarrior Online, but then I saw that it was a keyboard/mouse game, which really kills immersion for me. I shouldn't be so biased, maybe, but I've got too many bad memories of keyboard/mouse control setups..I would prefer to have a joystick/keyboard interface.

You can play it with a joystick. It's a great game, though due to personnel limitations, the game is not as far along as it could be. The Beta status is still very much deserved.

I don't know why they would have gone back to 1917.
If I had a mech and access to time travel technology, I'd go back to Paris, 1871.
Also, after Kerensky fled the USSR, he ended up in New Jersey where he became a jogging partner of one of my old comrade's grandmother.
Vive le Galt!
You going to nationalize the central bank in Paris and then stomp down to Versailles while the communards dilly dally with elections?

You'd be better off with the equivalent amount of money spent on howitzers and ammo. You can pull them with horses and train the locals how to use them and eventually fabricate new ammo. I don't think Versailles got Hausmanned so you wouldn't be able to drive around like you could the boulevards of Paris.
May the ranks of tanks and bayonettes, Pay heed to the power of the guns, For all the lords of battle, We are the chosen ones.
