Had two situations come up last session that I wasn't sure of the answers.
One:
What movements are available to a prone character?
I know they can stand-up as a move action that provokes attacks of opportunity, but if they don't want to stand up, what other movement actions are available? Where can I find this information in published material?
Two:
What kind of defensive bonuses and penalties are there for combat in water versus someone that is not in the water? Where can I find this information in published material?
I tried finding answers to both of these in the Core Rulebook during the session but my search-fu was weak. (Sometimes the CRB's arrangement is not intuitive.)

Acrobatics skill page 88 of the Core Rulebook, concerning moving through threatened squares without provoking attacks of opportunity: "You can use Acrobatics in this way while prone, but doing so requires a full-round action to move 5 feet, and the DC is increased by 5." This would mean you can't make a 5-foot step while prone. If they don't care about provoking and they don't want to stand up they could crawl away I guess, but I don't know what the speed would be, I haven't seen anything for it.
There is a rogue talent called Rogue Crawl, page 68: "While prone, a rogue with this ability can move at half speed. This movement provokes attacks of opportunity as normal. A rogue with this talent can take a 5-foot step while crawling." Perhaps the normal crawling speed would be 1/4 if the rogue talent makes special note that it's half with the ability.
Page 432 of the Core Rulebook has the information you need on water.

Thanks. I'll take a look at all that stuff. Didn't think to look in the Acrobatics entry.
Since we couldn't find movement while prone info at the table, I allowed for five feet of movement while prone. Luckily they waited until the creature was not adjacent to take the move so I didn't have to adjudicate whether it would incur an AoO.
I'll have to look over all that stuff and familiarize myself with it because Prone is likely to come up a lot. I'm using festrogs and I try to make use of their ability to trip as part of a four-footed charge.
