Stacking Rings of Ki Mastery

Does wearing multiple rings of ki mastery stack? ie. If you wore two such items, and have them charged up, is all ki use reduced by 2?

The first ring that has 2 ki stored in it reduces the cost by 1, to a minimum of 1. The second ring to have ki stored in it cannot reduce abilities below 1 (the minimum is 1).

As long as there are at least 2 ki points stored in the ring, the wearer reduces the number of ki points needed to use a ninja trick or ki ability by 1 (minimum 1 ki point).

Lareg, that just means that you cannot reduce the cost of a ki ability to 0. I don't see why they shouldn't stack.
