Hello again!
I had some questions relating to DMing PFS events and the aftermath.
First, is there a page that gives step by step instructions on how to DM an event, how to fill out the paperwork, and what is expected?
I have been poking through some of the free Adventures and notice at the end the Chronicle sheets sometimes have a list of "Treasure" found. Do all PC's get this? Do you write down who gets what?
And I may not be reading this right, likely not, but in some cases are there new abilities that are granted to the people who participated in these games?
Likewise, is playing through particular Sessions how you get the ability to play different races? (Had some friends asking about Tengu)
Just keen on knowing what would be expected of me as a PFS DM - as if I get more and more involved, I'll likely be doing that
Thanks!
Josh

As Xarz mentioned the Guide will give you all the basics.
All PC's get all treasure found; once found only one person can use it during that scenario, however after that scenario anyone who wants that item must pay the gold value of it (no-one gets it for free). If an item is not found during the scenario it should be crossed off all the players' chronicles.
Some scenarios do give special abilities, the majority of these are one time use (it will say so on the chronicle sheet).
Special races are special boons given at various events (almost exclusively at conventions and are rare even there.)

Noone gets any of it at the end. It all gets sold and the money "split". If they want anything that is on the list they now have access to buy it.

Yes. The text on the chronicle sheets are often referred to as boons and the players get those if they earn them. If not, cross them off.

As said above, the additional resources pages tell what players can get access to. Most races other than a few require a special chronicle sheet to have access to. You usually win those at conventions. Tengu are fine though.
You should spend some time with the Guide to Organized Play. It gives the step by step you are asking for.

I don't think there is any one document that tells how to GM (DM is a wotc term *ptouie* lol) a PFS scenario, however, here is my advice .. prep the scenario .. look over any feats, spells, etc other rules that you're not familiar with, this will only serve to help you in the crunch. Highlightt the heck out of the scenario .. bring things out to your attention; my general color scheme is:
purple - faction misstions
green - skill DC
blue -- conversation that is hidden in the text
red - background information I want to try and highlight in the game if possible
read the scenario.. let me repeat that.. read the scenario lol.. the better you know it the better you'll run it.
The items listed on a chronicle are what is available from that scenario. I look at the gold and items in the scenario like this .. it's all thrown into a collective bag of holding .. at the end the items are sold and split between the group (gold on the chronicle) some of the items are up for sale (items listed on the chronicle). Players only have access to the items listed under the tier that they played.
Some chronicles give minor boons, these give a small advantage in certain circumstances, nothing (that I'm aware of) gives a new ability.
The races.. the majority of the "special" races are available only by getting a racial boon from a large gathering (large gameday of 15 tables or a convention), tengu, aasimar and tiefling are free races that are available for whomever wants to play them so your players can make tengu characters if they wish.

Lots of good information. I had looked over the Guide, clearly I didn't absorb nearly as much as I thought :3 Well - it is a 5 hour drive to the Convention this weekend, and I'll have my tablet in hand. Thanks a bundle for the information folks.
Just trying to wrap my head around the bagillion things that come with this sort of game.

It's much easier once you see them in practice. A lot of the changes come from practical needs that come up in the convention setting and they will click once you've done it a couple times.
