I'm looking at the Gunslinger Pregen as a basis for building
a gunslinger and have a question.
It looks like to me that the pregen has over the 150gp
starting equipment.
Am I wrong here or is their a cost break I don't understand?
alchemist’s fire - 20gp
studded leather - 25gp
longsword - 15gp
pistol - Free with Class
30 bullets - 30 @ 1gp = 30gp
backpack - 2gp
dagger - 2gp
gunsmith’s kit - 15gp
hemp rope - 1gp
5 paper cartridges - 5 @ 12gp = 60gp
power horn - 3gp
10 doses of black powder - 10 @ 10gp =100gp
2 sunrods - 2 @ 2gp = 4gp
waterskin - 1gp
19gp
Total 297gp.
So I am totaling something wrong here?

Gunsmithing does not grant the ability to craft firearms, ammunition, or black powder. Rather, it allows the purchase of bullets, pellets, black powder, and alchemical cartridges (with 1 rank in Craft [alchemy]) at the listed reduced price
Off the top of my head, bullets and powder are at 10% of list price, alchemical cartridges are at 50% list price, so lose 27g from bullets, 90g from black powder and 30g from alchemical cartridges (total = -147; so 297-147=150 and seems just about right)

Yes you are..
Gunslingers get to reduce the price of Ammo and Black powder
Gunsmithing does not grant the ability to craft firearms, ammunition, or black powder. Rather, it allows the purchase of bullets, pellets, black powder, and alchemical cartridges (with 1 rank in Craft [alchemy]) at the listed reduced price, but does not grant a discount on the purchase of any firearm. Resold items gained through this feat are worth half the actual cost paid, not half the regular market value for the item. No PC can purchase a gun without this feat, even if they possess the Amateur Gunslinger or Exotic Weapon Proficiency (firearm) feats.
Crafting Ammunition: You can craft bullets, pellets, and black powder for a cost in raw materials equal to 10% of the price. If you have at least 1 rank in Craft (alchemy), you can craft alchemical cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal to half the price of the cartridge. At your GM's discretion, you can craft metal cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal to half the cost of the cartridge. Crafting bullets, black powder, or cartridges takes 1 day of work for every 1,000 gp of ammunition (minimum 1 day).
The Price after adjusting for Gunsmithing is the following:
alchemist’s fire - 20gp
studded leather - 25gp
longsword - 15gp
pistol - Free with Class
30 bullets - 30 @ 1sp = 3gp
backpack - 2gp

gunsmith’s kit - 15gp
hemp rope - 1gp
5 paper cartridges - 5 @ 6gp = 30gp
power horn - 3gp
10 doses of black powder - 10 @ 1gp =10gp
2 sunrods - 2 @ 2gp = 4gp
waterskin - 1gp

Total 150gp.
