Adding pf comic sub to pf tales sub: shipping q

Hi,

I'm thinking of adding the comic sub to my account. I already have a tales subscription. Now since I live in The Netherlands, shipping is an issue for me. Would it be possible to have the comics be shipped with the tales? And if so, what would it cost me extra?

When you add the Comics subscription, you will see a new option appear on your My Subscriptions page: Either hold everything to ship in one monthly shipment, or ship everything as soon as possible. You can see a deeper explanation for these options on our FAQ.

The best way to see what the shipping and handling fee will be is to add a PF Tales book and a PF Comic #1 to your shipping cart and begin the checkout process. You will be able to review the various shipping options and fees there.

Thanks for the reply Cosmo. I have an clarifying question. Would it be possible to not hold for monthly shipments, but to hold for shipments with Tales sub (which is less frequently) or can't that be done with a comic sub and only with single issues added to my sidecart?

Basically, we don't allow subs to pile up for more than a month. So if you have just Tales (bimonthly) and Comics (monthly) subs, in months that both products come out, you'll get both shipped together, but the comic would be shipped by itself in months that only a comic is released.

Oh! I apologize for having missed the add-on question!

The system will check every month for items ready to ship. If you have a Comic release but no Tales release in a month, then the Comic will go out by itself, or with anything in the sidecart that is ready to go.

There is not an option to have the comics sit and wait for the next Tales release, as the the system is not robust enough to provide the option to have it either way. Barring the ability to provide the choice, we instead choose the behavior that will get people's subscription releases out to them sooner and more regularly.

Thanks for the double ninja answer. I guess i'll just add two comics each month that a tales is shipping, since having just a comic sent costs the same as the comic itself.
