I am playing the Dervish Dancer Bard archetype, and I am trying to understand the which ability is a separate dance and which ability effects all dances.
The Rain of Blows supernatural ability says "a dervish dancer can use his battle dance to speed up his attacks.". I am guessing this is a separate dance rather then something that effects all dances, but I am not sure. The reason I am confused is because the words for Razor's Kiss is nearly identical, but Razor's Kiss only grants the equivalent of Improved Critical and then only when dancing. This seems a very weak effect and based on that I would guess this would effect all dances.
What about Fleet, Dance of Fury, and Battle Fury?
Thanks in advance

The answer is all in the wording of the specific abilities. Many of the abilities granted at higher levels refer to 'his battle dance' which is speaking directly about the Battle Dance ability the Dervish Dancer has. Think of the term Battle Dance used in these descriptions as having capitalized letters, as it would in the case of a proper noun.
Rain of Blows: This is a type of dance, "...a Dervish Dancer can use his Battle Dance to speed up his attacks."
Razor's Kiss: This is a type of dance, "...a Dervish Dancer can use his Battle Dance to improve his weapons’ critical range."
Leaf on the Wind: This is a type of dance, "...a Dervish Dancer can use his Battle Dance to evade attacks with unearthly grace and to shake off the effects of his wounds."
Fleet: This applies to/during all dances, "While performing a battle dance, a Dervish Dancer gains a +10 enhancement bonus to his land speed."
Dance of Fury: This applies to/during all dances, "... a Dervish Dancer can attack more than once as he moves while performing a battle dance."
Battle Fury: This applies to/during all dances, "...the dervish dancer can unleash a whirlwind of blows while performing a battle dance."

I'm no developer, but Wogan's post looks correct to me. I read it the same way when I bought the book and never once needed to question it. Was actually a little surprised that question came up (the differences in the given language, as emphasized above, made it obvious to me... one of the times where the written rules are thankfully quite consistent); but I guess that's because I'm just used to reading rules crunch. As far as I know, there's no "official" answer because I've never seen anyone ask for clarification until now. But I think you can safely assume that Wogan is explaining it correctly.
Edit: I only just noticed that this thread has been necro'd. My statement stands, though.
