I have more time now. See the build below:

4 Oracle (Spirit Guide)/ 1 Sorcerer (Crossblooded Fey and Serpentine) / 6 Oracle (Spirit Guide)

Traits:
1 - Magical Knack (+2 to CL up to HD, makes up for the level dip)
2 - Abendego Spellpiercer (+2 to all concentration checks)

Note you could take the tail related trait to bump CL by 1 on your tail feats, but you don't really need to.

Curse:
1 - Wrecking Mysticism (When you would gain a revelation spell you instead the feat Magical Tail, add duration for poison/sickened/nauseated by 50%).

Mystery:
1 - Lunar

Attributes (Starting):
STR - 10 (12 - 2 from race)
DEX - 10 (8 + 2 from race)
CON - 13
INT - 14
WIS - 9
CHA - 19 (17 +2 from Race)

Attributes (Level 11)
STR - 12 (12 - 2 from race + 2 from CON/STR Belt)
DEX - 10 (8 + 2 from race)
CON - 16 (13 + 1 at Level 8 + 2 CON/STR Belt)
INT - 14
WIS - 9
CHA - 24 (17 +2 from Race + 1 at Level 4 + 4 from Headband)

Mysteries/Spirit Abilities:
1 - Mystery - Primal Companion (Gain a Tiger Companion)
3 - Extra Mystery Feat - Prophetic Armour (From Level 3 Feat - CHA to reflex and AC instead of DEX)
3 - Ancestor Spirit (Benefit of Wisdom Hex - swaps INT for CHA on all skill checks)
4 - Ancestor Spirit (Add spirits spells to spell list)
8 - Ancestor Spirit (Gain Spirit Ability: As a standard action you can call upon her ancestors to provide advice and assistance to one ally within 30 feet. The ally gains a +2 bonus on any attack roll, saving throw, ability check, or skill check made before the beginning of the shaman’s next turn. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma bonus). This ability is okay, but with your animal companion can help them do more things.

Feats:
1F - Noble Scion, War (CHA instead of DEX to Initiative, +2 Knowledge (nobility))
2F - Curse - Magical Tails (1) - Disguise Self 2/day
3F - Extra Revelation (Prophetic Armor - CHA to reflex and AC instead of DEX)
4F - Curse - Magical Tails (2) - Charm Person 2/day
5F - Magical Tails (3) - Misdirection 2/day
7F - Curse - Magical Tails (4) - Invisibility 2/day
7F - Curse - Magical Tails (5) - Suggestion 2/day
9F - Curse - Magical Tails (6) - Displacement 2/day
9F - Curse - Magical Tails (7) - Confusion 2/day
11F - Curse - Magical Tails (8) - Dominate Person 2/day
11F - Spell Focus Enchantment (+1 DC to Enchantment) or Persistent Metamagic Feat

Skills:
- Oracle Archetype gives all knowledge as class skills instead of the mystery skills. Sorcerer Dip gives UMD, Bluff, and Intimidate as class skills. Ancestor Spirit Hex gives CHA to all int skills.

Crossblooded Sorcerer Dip:
- Fey gives + 2 DC to compulsion spells (most of what you will take as enchantments, although there are some charms you might use)
- Serpentine makes mind-affecting or language-dependent spells affect animals, magical beasts, and monstrous humanoids as if they were humanoids who understood your language. This helps make the limited # of enchantment spells on the oracle list work against a wider range of enemies. It doesn't cover swarms, undead, unintelligent monsters though.
- Grants Bluff/Intimidate/UMD/Fly to class skills list.
- Opens up Wands from the sorcerer list to increase utility.
- Touch Attack to cause laughing through the Fey bloodline.

Oracle:
- Gives a wide range of spells to cast. Has limited enchantments but that is why you are taking the tail feats (free enchantments to add to your list that otherwise would not be available and are not tied to your daily spell slots). This makes you quite a versatile and long lasting caster.
- To make up for having no physical stats, you instead have an animal companion who will be great for more field control. At level 7 or 8 the tiger grows pounce/multi-attack along with rake. This makes it a great caster killer (bite claw claw, free grapple followed by a high CMB and Rake during grapples).
- Build is very SAD on CHA thanks to the Oracle's mysteries.
- All the lost spells from the curse are regained from the Spirit Oracle archetype and can be changed daily for different utility (though you'll have to change your hex and that may be worse for you).
- All knowledge skills and CHA to all int skills makes you a great bookkeeper/librarian/sill monkey in the group.

Magic Items:
- Headband +4 CHA
- Might Belt +2 CON/+2 STR (STR is so I can avoid medium load and retain CHA to AC)
- Cloak of Resistance +4 (saves are bad on the build)
- Circlet of Persuasion (+3 to CHA checks, note this includes initiative which thanks to the Noble Scion feat at level 1 adds to initiative).
- Tunic of Careful Casting (+2 to all concentration checks)
- 1 or 2 Rods of Persistent Metamagic Rods (Lesser)
- Amulet of Natural Armour +2
- Handy Haversack
- +2 Darkwood Heavy Wooden Shield (+4 Shield AC)
- +2 Mithral kikko Armor (+7 AC and up to +6 of CHA to AC from 3rd level revelation and ultimate 24 in CHA).
- Darkleaf Cloth Lamellar Armor for Tiger (+4 AC to tiger)
- Amulet of Mighty Fist +1 for Tiger
- Give Tiger the Eldritch Claw Feat or Hammer the Gap for DR purposes as soon as possible.

Roles:
- Battlefield Controller (Enchantments/Tiger Companion), Healer (All Cure Spells), Face (Diplomacy/Bluff/Intimidate), Knowledge Gatherer (All knowledge and Int skills of CHA).
