If I recall correctly, it's possible to get TrueCrypt to do this. I think there is a caveat about needing admin access to the machine though.

Platform independence FTW. I LOOOOOOVE my Seagate BlackArmor that I bought a few years ago, but it's Windows-only, which has been a pain on a couple of occasions.
Note: I do not work for Apricorn. I work for a different company that buys a fair amount of the product, and they're pretty reliable and cool.
