The Class (tentatively called "Master" -- named in reference to the NPC Expert) is comparable to the Rogue and Bard -- and is designed based on the design concept of the Fighter -- the Class with all the Feats. We don't have to worry about (at this time) a Capstone ability at Level 20.
All comments are appreciated.
Medium BAB {only appropriate option}
2 Good Saves {seems apropos to the Class to have 2 Good Saves}
Weapon Profs as Bard {this could be changed to "as Rogue" -- any thoughts?}
8 Skill Ranks per Level / Pick 12 as Class Skills {one step up from Expert -- on par with Rogue}
At 1st Level and at every even Level get a Feat that cannot be a Combat Feat (same design as FTR) {the basic design concept of the Class -- a Feat monkey like the Fighter, w/out being a Ftr}
One Spell known (CHA based) at every odd level at Full Caster (1st at 1st Lvl, 2nd at 3rd Lvl, 3rd at 5th Lvl, etc.) that can each be cast 3/ day. {to encourage staying w/ the Class and not multiclassing, AND to add something to make it more playable -- still not CLOSE in power to Sneak Attack or Bardic Performance, though.}

Instead of spellcasting i would add (since i believe you are trying to do a no abilities, just real jack of all trades) some sneak attack (1d6 per 3 or 4 levels), ability to use all simple weapons and light armor at 1, martial weapons medium armor and light shields at 7, all exotic weapons heavy armor and heavy shields at 14, half his level in the use magic device skill and prestidigation at will.

Actually I really like the Spellcasting -- I actually think a 1st-6th Lvl Spells list -- like the Bard's, Alchemist's, Inquisitor's, Summoner's and Magus's is more appropriate -- because there is design precedence -- (and that mine is somewhat inappropriate) but I sure as heck don't want to have to try to create a Spell List for this Class. What a nightmare.
And indeed, because of the very nature of the design -- generic Feats / Generic Skills -- heck, even being able to select which Saves are good -- the Class has an intrinsic aversion to a set Spell List. That would have to be my official argument against a Spell List and Spell Progression like Bard, Alchemist, Inquisitor, Summoner and Magus. There is specific Fluff that leads to a specific Spell List -- as opposed to this Class's generic Fluff that makes a generic Spell List acceptable. (That argument sure beats my "I'm too lazy to design a 1st-6th Spell List" reason.)

Hit Dice? I'm not seeing any downside to this class. Three times a day spell use is ahead of wizard and not that far behind sorcerer.
You have better spell progression, skill choices, skill points, BAB, saves, and WP than a sorcerer. I think any build would take a level of this class for 12 class skill choices.
