I found the following to have tons of role playing in them:
The Frostfur Captives
Sewer Dragons of Absalom
The Immortal Conundrum
Before The Dawn Pt 1 - The Bloodcove Disguise
Fury of the Fiend
Hall of Drunken Heroes
The Pallid Plague
City of Strangers Pt 1 - The Shadow Gambit
City of Strangers Pt 2 - The Twofold Demise
Murder on the Silken Caravan
Our Lady of Silver
In particular, the first three revolve around the RP opportunities. But, like anything, they are what you make of them; it is also very easy to turn them into slugfests if you want, and your players could ruin everything by just deciding to take a swing. You will need to make the NPCs dynamic to keep that from being an option.

Hey, which of the five million scenarios has the most roleplay opportunity in it? I am needing to shake things up a bit with my group and do something other than bash and loot. Murder on the Throaty Mermaid looks decent, but are there others?
We Be Goblins. Perfect for shaking things up a bit :-)

I second Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible and Red Harvest. I just spaced those out.
I haven't played Temple or You Only Die Twice, so I'm glad to hear they're good for this purpose.
You Only Die Twice was a laugh-filled RP-heavy riot when we played it.
NPC: "Why are you curing these slaves' illnesses? We're just going to eat them."
PC: "Uh....You fool--They don't taste good when they're sick!"

We played with only 4 PCs, IIRC, and that included my trip/disarm fighter, and a higher level rogue who is noted for being a consumables junky (20 potions of Cure Light Wounds? Really?) who is not very combat-oriented.
After my PC, the Cleric is up. He starts a charge against my character, gets to 10', where my ready goes off. Cleric is tripped, and provokes an AoO from me. Disarm on the AoO, which succeeds. Cleric's mace flies 15' in a random direction, which happens to be toward me, so it lands 5' behind me.
Cleric is already starting into shock, since he is down, disarmed, but unharmed. The rogue is up next, and, in the interest of the cinematics of the scene, is allowed to break the rules in a minor way.
Rogue moves up, picks up the mace as she passes me, offers the mace to the Cleric, while using Diplomacy to schmooze the Cleric.
Combat over, with a very contrite Cleric.

Very nice!
Another funny part was that I was so mad at the Pharasmins and sorry for the dead dude that I accidentally fulfilled the haunt's destruction conditions, even though there are three parts to it, apparently including apologizing and saying the Pharasmins were morons. The GM was my gf, and she was pretty shocked that I had done all the necessary steps.
