Event Reporting

So, I've just finished my first Intro event as a GM....actually, my first event period. and I have a question. The Guide to Organized Play says to go to paizo.com\pathfindersociety and to click 'Report my Event'...here is where I'm lost. I don't see a report my event link. Am i missing something?

Also, in the Intro session 1 there are two items for reporting....One looks like little credit card sized forms to fill out, the other is the chronicle sheet that everyone gets....do I need to do anything with the little credit card deal...

1) Go here
2) Click "GM/Event Coordinator"
3) Click "Create Your Event"
4) After creating the event, you can then report the results

The slip with all the players/PC's numbers, prestige, and such is used when reporting. It'll make sense once you get to that step.

You'll need the page with one column asking for names and character numbers opposite the OGL in order to report your event; it's for the event coordinator's records, so that you can tell Paizo who was at each table, playing which character, and how much prestige they earned, so they get credit for the event.

Silly semi-related question - when you GM and report an event, do you have to do anything else for your forum "flag" to show you as a GM?

I noticed mine didn't show up for a while. I'm not sure, but you might need your first star (10 scenarios) before it shows.

Testing this out - using the account of my son. He has 4 credits.

Just get a warning that you can still change an avatar name until you have 10 posts. So possibly it is post related.

Edit: Yes - he isn't showing up (yet) as GM. It is either posts, credits or time related.

How do you report an event I have created an event but cannot add players

Make sure to add a session to your event. Then go to "GM/Event Coordinator" and you'll see a link labeled "report" next to its listing.

You add in the players when you report, but to the event.
