Hey all,
Currently I'm running a Ranger at 3rd level thinking about multiclassing to make him more interesting. Low magic campaign so nothing too crazy. Stats are as follows:
Str-14
Dex-14
Con-16
Int-13
Wis-12
Cha-12
Feats: Point Blank Shot, Deadly Aim, Endurance.
I was looking at Arcane Archer, but I need some different feats. What other classes work well for multi?

Well first things first, what do you mean by interesting?
I'm fond of the ranger/rogue (thug) for intimidate builds or to maximize the number of favored Terrains to go into the Horizon Walker PRC (MASSIVELY overpowered for ranged builds).
There's the Ranger/Cavalier Builds for obscene mobility and survivability and still do great damage.
You could do the Ranger/Sorcerer builds for making insane sniper builds and having great access to utility spells/buffs.
What do you want your "interesting" Ranger to do?

I mean more awesome...beyond that I don't know. This is my first try with Ranger, so I'm not familiar with it. And I did see Horizon walker which seems like it could be good, but only in certain regards.
Well I hate to say it but that Arcane Archer will cause so much investment with no return that your character will sound "interesting" but mechanically will fare poorly. Looks like you're going archer so stick with ranger. Aside from smiting paladins, they are the best archers as straight rangers. If you feel multiclassing is necessary, wait till after sixth level then take a 4 level dip in fighter(weapon master).
Although your stats are underpowered you can still be a viable switch hitter. This guide will tell you all you need to know about rangers. Treantmonk's Guide to Rangers
Are you using an archetype or are they allowed? Also, you should have an additional feat because ranger's get endurance for free.

I would advise staying with a single classed Ranger. You are almost to the point where the Ranger starts getting his cool stuff. Next level you will get spells and your Hunters bond. Until 4th level a Ranger is basically a fighter with some skills. Assuming you are using more than just the players handbook Rangers get some pretty good spells.

Properly built Horizon Walker Rangers wind up with a flat +22 to the following:
Hit, Damage, Initiative, Bluff, Climb, Perception, Sense Motive, Stealth, Survival and Knowledges. Not to mention Charm person, Fly and Dimension Door as a spell like ability with DR /Adamantine and immunity to Fatigue and Exhaustion. It's scary powerful.

I've seen this mentioned before, but I am not certain on how to make it a "flat" bonus, since those bonuses are terrain dependent, no? Not trying to rain on your parade or anything, Im just curious.

The way to make these a flat bonus is all in how you mix this spell instant enemy with the Terrain Dominance ability from Horizon Walker.
At 3rd level, a horizon walker learns total dominance over one terrain he has already selected for terrain mastery. When dealing with creatures native to that terrain, the horizon walker treats his favored terrain bonus for that terrain as a favored enemy bonus (as the ranger class feature) against those creatures. This bonus overlaps (does not stack with) bonuses gained when fighting a favored enemy.
Favored terrain gives you a +2 bonus to all the above skills that can be increased several ways (Best way is the rogue talent Terrain Mastery which increases ALL your favored terrains at once). By 20th level it can easily be +20 or greater.
The HWs Terrain Dominance lets you use that bonus as your favored Enemy bonus for any creature native to that terrain (Make sure to pick Urban as your First Terrain Dominance).
Now, this is the fun part, any target you want to destroy that ISN'T from the terrain you have chosen cast Instant Enemy and consider them of a type that IS native to that Terrain.
If you pick the 2 main terrains (Urban, Underground) then you will have your bonus without casting the spell about 60% of the time, keeping the required castings to a minimum. If you pick your 3rd dominance carefully you can possibly ALWAYS have your bonus without needing to ever cast the spell.
