Anyone built a Half-Orc / Orc Deathless Barbarian build that actually works?

Just wondering if the whole 'Deathless Initiate, Barb build with Fighter dip has been made.to work.

I know Mike Schnider.had some good ideas but I'm yet to see a full build that works.
