New PFS GM question

My group just finished the first steps series, and are very hooked. We are graduating to the big leagues, so that means I have a few more questions.

The first scenario I picked was "Voice in the Void".

I know that this has been covered, but it is easier to ask then go digging (I have been trying, but it's too late/early in the am to dig more).

I know that for factions that have 2 missions, one is the success and one is a faction. (I think)

What about the factions that aren't represented?

The latest version of the Guide to Organised Play tells you which older faction missions apply to the five new factions:

Two faction missions:
Must be done as normal to earn 2 PP, the actual Pathfinder Society mission does not provide any PP in these scenarios.
