You could try placing an order for something and then cancelling before you process any credit card.

Presumably somewhere in that process you'll get the option to add an address.

We will have to decide if we send out the PDFs before the printed books. The PDFs will be ready by October. The books themselves are likely not going to be ready for shipping until November.

The key is "at the appropriate time." Which should be pretty soon—stay tuned!

Expectation setting to my previous post - it will take longer to print & fulfill the books and other hardware than I estimated. We'll have an update to that in the next blog. But the PDFs will be ready shortly.
