So, I have a Ninja/Fighter. Some range feats (Point Blank and Precise), and the two-weapon fighting tree (Don't quite have Greater yet). Regardless, in the campaign I am in, my character (formally a member of an Assassin's Guild (The Assassin's Guild likes to destabilize countries, and my character disagreed with this idea)).
My question was: Is there a prestige class that emulates the idea of a hunter of assassins (And no, I do not want to go into Assassin).

Master Spy would likely be a good choice. The biggest problem for an assassin hunter would be getting themselves killed, but if they could not be found then that wouldn't be a problem. By the time they max out, a Master Spy would be virtually impossible to find.
Also, what's the easiest way to get the jump on an assassin? Be someone they know! A Master Spy can accomplish that quite quickly and easily. What assassin expects that their own mother would poison their food? (And yes, the master spy can make the meal "just like mom's".)
