Star Soul Bloodline Question

OK for Star Soul Bloodline Bonus spells the Advanced Players guide says

Bonus Spells: unseen servant (3rd), glitterdust (5th), blink (7th), call lightning storm (9th; dealing fire damage, damage increased outdoors at night), overland flight (11th), repulsion (13th), reverse gravity (15th), greater prying eyes (17th), meteor swarm (19th).

What does

(9th; dealing fire damage, damage increased outdoors at night) mean?

I can't seem to find it anywhere

It means that you gain access to the spell at 9th level, and it deals fire damage instead of electricity damage. As for the increased damage outdoors at night, I think it is referencing the part of the spell that says "each bolt deals 5d6 points of electricity damage (or 5d10 if created outdoors in a stormy area)." So it doesn't have to be stormy for it to deal extra damage, just nighttime.

I assume it means that it replaces Call Lightning Storm's electric damage with fire damage, and replaces its damage increase when cast outside during a storm with an equivalent increase when cast outside at night.
