So I was just rewatching cowboy bebop with my GF, and we made it to episode 3, the one with Faye Valentine and the casino job.
In this episode Spike swallows: A cigarette, and spits it out as a bud, and a casino chip, that he is later reminded that he has actually swallowed, and only then does he regurgitate it.
This reminded me of some of the street-magic and ripley's stuff I've seen, with people swallowing flour, sugar and water and regurgitating both sugar and flour without it actually being wet.
My thought was: This is amazing! I want a rogue that can do this!
So! If I were to actually make a rogue who could do this, how would you handle it? Would you make it a skill? A trait? A feat?
I was thinking that it would be most appropriate with a trait that allowed the use of Sleight of Hand(or maybe escape artist?), to swallow palm-sized objects and regurgitate them at a later point with little-to-no ill effect.
But it is your oppinion I am more interested in.
So tell me, people of the forums, how would you handle this ability, rules-wise? :)

How's this?
Rogue Talent:
Suspicious consumptions.
Years of training lets the character control his stommach and throat to great effect. The character is able to swallow and regurgitate palm-sized objects with little-to-no ill effect.
Examples of use:
Swallowing small bits of evidence, or a key.
Sneak small weapons through a checkpoint.
Swallow flour, drink water, regurgitate both independently, with the flour still being dry.
In appropriate situations the character can use this as a sleight of hand check to steal palm-sized objects, such as kissing a noble-woman's hand, taking the ring off her finger and swallowing it, without being noticed. What qualifies as an appropriate situation is DM's discretion.
when a character wishes to swallow an object she rolls a sleight of hand check against appropriate DC.
swallow bite-sized bits of soft organic matter (food): DC 0
Swallow bite-sized bits of organically shaped matter (Pearls, precious stones): DC 5
Swallow a long, slim object that can easily be manipulated or tangled (Necklace, bootlace): DC 10
Swallow a unpractically shaped palm-sized 0bject (brooch, leather glove): DC 15
Swallow a non-sharp unpractically shaped, small object (Sap, small bottle): DC 20
Swallow a dangerous, unpractically shaped, small object (knife, lit cigar, shuriken): DC 25
Swallow a fragile, dangerous, unpractically shaped, small object (Finely crafted crystal glass): DC 30
if the character fails by 5 or more, she must immediately pass a fortitude save DC 13 or vomit up the object that was being swallowed, causing the character to be nauseated for 1d4 minutes and (if the object is dangerous) dealing 1d4 con damage.
A character with this talent who knowingly ingests something he expects to be poisonous gains a +2 on his fortitude save to resist the effects of the poison. This effect stacks with existing bonusses.
Thoughts?

ffffffffffund it...NOW! Make it an advanced rogue talent or somthing though since it does take years of practice to do it in real life.
"Years of practice to do it in real life" translates roughly as "something a 2nd-level commoner or 1st-level something else can do" in Pathfinder. I'd just make it a Sleight of Hand check.
