Paizo only, though a player's first real awesome character in my group was an half-ogre, and we sometimes used unofficial content available on d20pfsrd in a case by case basis.
Recently, my DM fell in love with the Force Commander, so incorporating Rite's content, if needed, will probably raise few concerns in the future.

Actually this made me realize I dont allow Psionics or Guns(AKA Gunslinger). Not because I think they are unbalaced. They just dont fit into my idea of what Tabletop Fantasy is. At least non-steampunk fantasy.

Just a personal opinion, but the way psionics works (mechanically) fits classical fantasy better than the slot-based, gyrating, moaning, poo-flinging spell system.
...
Unless you're playing in the Death Gate world, I suppose.
