Hello all, I tend to enjoy making multiple back up characters and recently I decided to attempt to make a character as close to the incredible Hulk as possible. The character is back up for the monk I'm going to be playing and it is a 15 point buy. (I know, not optimal for the Hulk)
Here's what I have thus far.
Human Invulnerable Rager Barbarian / Internal Alchemist
Stats:
STR: 18 (+2 Racial Bonus, +1 4th lv. Increase, +1 8th lv. Increase)
CON: 12
DEX: 14
INT: 14
WIS: 10
CHA: 8
Feats:
1st lv. Barbarian
Catch-Off Guard(1st Level Feat), Toughness (Human), Rage (Ability), Fast Movement (Ability)
2nd lv. Internal Alchemist
Mutagen (Ability), Bomb 1D6 (Ability), Brew Potion (Ability), Alchemy (Ability), Breath Mastery (Ability)
3rd lv. Internal Alchemist
Throw Anything (3rd lv. Feat), Improved Unarmed Strike, Poison Resistance +2 (Ability), Poison Use (Ability)
4th lv. Internal Alchemist
Bomb 2D6 (Ability), Disease Resistance (Ability)
5th lv. Internal Alchemist
Discovery: Spontaneous Healing, Improved Initiative (Bonus Feat)
6th lv. Internal Alchemist
Bomb 3D6 (Ability), Poison Resistance +4 (Ability)
7th lv. Internal Alchemist
Uncanny Dodge (Ability), Discovery: Lingering Spirit, Extra Rage (Bonus Feat)
8th lv. Barbarian
Invulnerability (Ability), Rage Power: Lesser Hurling
Now, if my math is correct (which it may not be) using Rage and a Mutagen focused in STR, his STR score should be able to reach 26. I'm trying to do the best I can without any items, not to say I won't use them, I'm just trying to get there naturally. As the Hulk would, I focused on improvised weapons, and the Alchemist works for the Banner alter ego.
Any suggestions on improving / optimizing the character to Hulk like proportions?

Heh. I did a very similar build, but went with the Alchemist that trades bombs for sneak attack and a barbarian build to grant horns. The character is 4th level, and wrecks everything while in his monster form (aka, Leopold). Eventually, I'll go into the alchemist prestige class that actually results in two separate personalities in a single body.

Hrm...I didn't post the build, but here's the thread where I talked about the character while building it.

I definitely will be using those in my alchemical book. Thanks for pointing that out.
I saw Rage Chemist and it does fit, but from what I've read in other threads it can get sucky very quickly do to the constant harm to Will saves and Intelligence (the latter of which the Hulk doesn't have much of).
While I can see the lack of intelligence, the lack of will seems against the hulk's character. He was not one to be too easily controlled.
However, I may test play it out to see for myself sometime. I will most definitely be using the Master Chymist when I can.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

Thanks. From what I read when skimming through it seemed that players who've tried it would have fun.
The character is a blast to play, I just have to nag the party to give me 2-5 rounds before rushing into encounters. They prefer the monster form - the alchemist is a lot more timid, and often suggests retreat or negotiation.
