Druid / Monk

Advice

The Exchange

Was think about making a Druid who at level 2 and there after goes Monk. He would have to be Lawful Neutral. As long as I dont ceases to revere nature, changes to a prohibited alignment, or teaches the Druidic language to a nondruid. I would still keep all the spells and druid abilities.

My question is would this work the way i think it would?

I would like your thoughts on a build that would with Society. I was thinking human with stats like

Str 14 Dex 18 Con 10 int 10 Wis 14 Cha 10

It would work as you think. I would suggest instead to be a druid and just dip a level into monk.

And change the stats a bit (higher str/con/wis, lower dex and cha).

You'll get more out of one level of monk and the rest druid.

I'd go the other way. 1-2 levels Monk, the rest Druid.
Half-Orc for Darkvision, Sacred Tatoo, and Weapon Proficiency
Str 14, Dex 14, Con 14, Int 10, Wis 17 (15+2), Cha 8 (or Wis 16, Cha 10 if you don't want any negative modifiers). Switch Str and Wis scores for a melee monster instead of a caster.

Level 1: Monk. Charge with Heavy Flail, work with teammates. Get a helpful bonus feat, like Dodge. Ignore FoB.
Level 2: Druid from here on out
Level 5: Pick up Natural Spell at the same time as you get Wild Shape.
???
Profit

I'd do Master of Many Styles and/or Sohei, and delay the monk level till an odd level when you meet the qualifications for the style feat you most want (aside from the Imp. Unarmed Strike requirement). That way, you roll into MoMS at a feat-granting level, can take the base style feat as your general feat, and use your monk bonus feat on the most likely higher level requirements latter style feat you REALLY want in that tree. Like getting Snake Fang and skipping Snake Sidewind.

Just my opinion. I'd also do Feather (Animal) domain and take Boon Companion at level 5 or 7 to end up with a fully advanced animal companion, some bonus spell slots per day, and a nice bonus to perception. If you only dip 1 into monk, the +4 of Boon Companion will leave you with full animal companion advancement.

Ok so going Druid over monk

Str 16 Dex 14 Con 12 Int 10 Wis 16 Cha 8

go druid first then put 1 or 2 levels in monk then back to druid

If i go human what feats should i look at i'm only working with the core book

I'd start out Druid 1, so you can be a Druid from the very beginning.

What do you see yourself doing in combat? I'd take a feat or two to support that.

Spell focus Conjuration and augment summoning?
Point blank and precise shot?
Power attack and cleave?
