Hey folks! It was my understanding that the print orders for the .pdf were to switch to a print/.pdf combo for the same price when that option became available. It apparently hasn't for me, and I would definitely like to get the combo. Also, this order's been lingering at "Pending" for some time now... is there a problem I need to be aware of? Thanks!

I see PDFs in your downloads for all three of the bundles on your order: Black Monastery, Monsters of the Shadow Plane, and Your Whispering Homunculus. Are you not seeing these PDFs on your "My Downloads" page?
The order is waiting on the arrival of the Firefly Aqua Crystal Caste dice to come in from distribution. If you look at the product page for these dice, you will see that they aqua have a shipping estimate of 9 to 17 business days. Today is the 6th business day since you added them to the order, so your order should be shipping out sometime later this week, or next week.
If you'd like, I can move the dice into your sidecart to go out with the first available subscription shipment, so that the rest of the order can go out right away. Otherwise, the order will ship out as soon as the dice have arrived.
