My friend is going to play test it but any thoughts on it would be welcome.
This small group of rangers have spent a large amount of time with a clan of blink dogs and have made strong connections with them. The magic that permeates the clan has changed the rangers and they have been able to mimic the abilities of blink dogs.
Blink Knight -
Blink Dog Companion
You can gain a blink dog as a companion. This ability works identically to hunter's bond when used to gain an animal companion, but can only be used to gain a blink dog companion.
Blink Dog Companion-
4th lvl size medium; speed 40ft; AC +2 Natural Armor; Attack bite 1d6; Ability
scores Str 12, Dex 15, Con 14, Int 10, Wis 13, Cha 11; Special Qualities Darkvision 60ft,
Low-light Vision, Scent, Blink - Constant, Quicken Dimension Door 3/day (self only);
7th lvl Ability Scores Dex +2, Chr +2; Quicken Dimension Door at will (self only)
This ability replaces favored terrain 1 and hunter's bond.
Blink
At 4th level you gain the ability to blink for one round per ranger level. At 9th level the blink ability becomes constant. The blink ability can be suppressed if the ranger wants too suppress it.
This ability replaces Spells and Evasion.
Dimensional Stride
At 7th level you can use this ability to teleport up to 30 feet per ranger level per day as a standard action. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments and such movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity. This can only be used be the ranger only. Also you qualify for the Dimensional feats (Dimensional Agility, Dimensional Assault, Dimensional Dervish, Dimensional Maneuvers, Dimensional Savant,) like you use a Dimension Door spell.
This Replaces Woodland Stride and Improved Evasion

My warning alarm is going off that this is a homebrew designed really to get into the Dimensional line of attack feats as a full BAB class. I'd be pretty skeptical as a DM that you just wanted to homebrew up Nightcrawler. As those feats are now, you can't get into them until fairly late due to BAB restrictions AND the ability/spell needed. With a full BAB class getting basically unlimited access to the ability, we're heading off in a direction not intended with those feats.
How would you handle activation of these abilities? Is it a standard to activate them? What action is suppressing the Blink? It better be a standard or move....or at least a standard to start it up again. Otherwise it's abusive.
This character will essentially be able to full attack people, with a bunch of bonuses (+4 with dimensional feats and Blink against things that don't see invisibility), while almost never leaving himself open to a full attack. He'll also be a master infiltrator and extremely durable due to Blink (doesn't even really hurt to lose evasion as you'll almost never take more than half, and usually only a quarter if you have some Dex, from ranged attacks). Depending on the action assigned to Blink activation and suppression, you could even have a situation where he gets all the benefits of Blink without having to eat his own 20% miss chance.
I like the flavor of it, though. You should check out the Jaunter PrC from 3.5 for some inspiration, as it's a really cool little class that didn't get a lot of notice since it was in the back of some hardcover adventure module. Demonweb Pits, I think.
In the end, I wouldn't allow it without some better handcuffs, but it's certainly an interesting concept.

Ok so here is more of the changes.
Dimensional Stride
At 4th level you can use this ability to teleport up to 30 feet per ranger level per day as a standard action. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments and such movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity. The Ranger must be able to see the destination. This only works on the ranger. At 7th level Dimensional Stride can be used as a move action.
This ability replaces Spells and Woodland Stride.
Blink
At 9th level you gain the ability to blink, as the spell, for one round per ranger level. All the rounds do not have to be consecutive. At 16th level the blink ability becomes constant. The blink ability can be suppressed as a move action.
This Replaces Evasion and Improved Evasion
Thanks Sylvanite for the input.

Love the change and clarification to Blink. Suppression as a move action is a good call, and tactically interesting.
I don't think you should completely take access to the Dimensional feats away (I like the idea of a character who actually uses them). I just think that access to them needs to be at higher levels. It seems clunky to just write that in though.
Beyond just writing in that once the character hits....9th-10th level or so he can begin taking the feats, I'm not sure what I would do. The main issue is that the amount of times per day he could use the super teleport attack is pretty large. For a character using Dimension Door, it's severely limited by how often they prep the spell. For a monk, it's two ki points per use of Abundant Step. By 10th level, the Blink Warrior has 300 feet of movement usable however many times per day he wants.
Maybe you could keep the teleport he already has that you've nicely written up, and give him access to a new, better, but more limited use teleport that opens up the Dimensional feats?
How about a shorter range, move action teleport at low levels, that he can use often, but does not key into the Dimensional feats. Then at higher levels, he gets an actual ability that IS dimension door? How about at 9, he gets the Horizon Walker ability (the one from Terrain Dominance: Astral Plane) that states:
He gains dimension door as a spell-like ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + the character’s Wisdom modifier (caster level equal to the character’s level).
This would give your non-spellcasting Ranger a reason not to dump Wisdom too badly, as well as the same limited resources style mechanic that is obviously intended to balance the Dimensional feats. If you wanted to make it fit better, this could be a result of his Blinking and being on the astral plane so much, and you could flat our just crib the entire benefits of Astral Plane favored terrain stuff from the Horizon Walker PrC.
Just some thoughts, of course. I like what you're doing. As always, feel free to completely ignore me!

I like how it's coming along. Looks really cool and interesting.
Since the 4th level ability can only really be used for movement at this point, 20 feet per level instead of 10 feet per level might be nice, but I'd also adjust it if it starts to see abuse.
If you're really looking to add more, here are a couple ideas off the top of my head:
Dodge AC boost, speed increase, freedom of movement, teleport
