Hello everyone. While I am not new to D&D and am new to Pathfinder. I picked up the 5th edition last weekend for the core rulebook. One question while in the process of generating a new character. I could not find the section under feats on how you obtain initial feats. Is there a specific page that helps line out the count on feats for say a Dwarven Cleric at lvl1? What determines any more or less in terms of how many you get?
You get a feat every odd level.
Some races get extra ones and some classes get ones as well, but those are called out specifically in the races area and/or class tables.

Every character starts with 1 feat. Bonus feats are provided by some races (Human) and some classes (several in fact, though it is almost always a "pick one of these handful as a bonus). In both cases, the individual racial and class specific entries will describe the bonus.
Check out this page for step by step description of character generation. That website has all of the pathfinder rules and supplements from all the books they have. It is great for referencing information and quick lookups and is kept in sync with FAQs and Erratas. It doesn't beat the feel of a solid book in one's hands, but it is useful for questions of rules.
A Dwarven Cleric at level 1 has just one feat. At every odd level after 1st (so 3rd, 5th, 7th, etc) you get an additional feat. You may not swap old feats for new ones (also known as 'retraining'). You may only take feats for which you meet all stated prerequisites.
I'm sure by now I've been ninja'ed repeatedly, but hopefully I can provide something others have not, heh.
