Am considering, creating, and GMing a homemade campaign centered in the Dragon Empire.
Would likely use the following guidelines.
Post 1/day during the week, no requirement for the weekends.
Races/Classes. Races would have to come from the Dragon Empires Primer, and classes would have to fit the flavor. This isn't to say you can't be a particular class, but your description and flavor of that class would have to fit in the Dragon Empire thematically.
20 pt buy (Only 1 ability score can go below a 10, and nothing below an 8... Before racial mods. Likewise, nothing above an 18 before racials)
Average starting gold
Right now, I am just seeing if interest exists. I am new to DMing a pbp, so patience is required. As mentioned, it will also be mostly homemade content, though I may borrow some ideas from books/adventures I have laying around.
If there is enough interest I will start an actual recruitment campaign and give players time to create/apply their characters.

I would be interested in this. Not sure what I would play, but I dig the Primer and would love to try my hand at an Eastern flavored campaign. Is there a specific land you're thinking of starting it in?
Tbh, I haven't gotten that far yet. This is really in pre-planning stage for me, if there is enough interest that I think we can get it off the ground, and have some good characters, I'll move forward and iron those things out.

In general there will be interest in just about anything that gets proposed, though even more so for a Dragon Empires themed game.
Your problem will likely be trying to filter the number of subs down rather than the other way!

Lol, almost, pretty sure I will do it, interest seems to exist, I just want to figure out a couple of things before I start asking for characters.
