The hedge witch can spontaniously cast cure spells of a level equal to or lower than the spell sacrificed, I would assume then that you would use the witch spell list for determining spell level. So no, they would not get earlier acces to cure spells.
Nothing in the archetype says you gain access to cure spells at the cleric level, so no.
However, you don't have to learn the cure spells in question, which is a time-saver; you just automatically cast them.
Cure Serious Wounds is a fourth-level spell for witches, though you could still drop a third-level spell for a cure if you wanted (it would be cure moderate wounds, though).
Witches aren't clerics, but with this archetype and the Healing patron, you can come pretty close.
