Question on My Order (1932923)

I know that you guys had snow last week - can I get an estimate on when this might ship? My order history says that that it should ship sometime in the next 4 - 11 business days. Since it typically takes a week or more to arrive, is it really possible that I won't see this order until Feb 14th?

You placed the order on Jan 18, with an estimated shipping time of 4 to 11 business days from the date the order was placed. The 4th business day from the 18th is tomorrow, while the 11th business day will be about Feb 2nd.

Right now the order is being held up by the dice. If you would like, I can move the dice back to your sidecart (to ship with a future subscription shipment), and get the remainder shipped out more quickly. Otherwise, your order should be shipping out to you later this week or early next.
