Hi guys,
I can finally announce that the Mor Aldenn Setting Guide is officially done and currently being uploaded to Paizo.com and RPGNow.com!
If you want to take a look at the cover, come over to Headless Hydra Games Blog. Also, it isn't too late to suggest changes to the cover, as I haven't started working on the cover for the final print edition.
The Mor Aldenn Setting Guide ended up being 167 pages long!

I'd recommend adding some large towers in the background, particularly the upper-central region (just below the product title). I say this for two reasons:
1) For a book whose subtitle is "City of Mages" very little of the background seems to suggest a city, save for the bridge (roof?) that the main character is standing on, and the small tower in the low-center background. More needs to be done to visually emphasize the city setting.
2) Towers, specifically, represent wizards (that is, mages). They have ever since the early editions of the game, wherein wizards built a tower once they achieved a high enough level.
