V&G Chymic Works Coin Value

So my group helped find the Beast innocent. Now that V&G are know to be trafficking in bodies the Chymic Works have been confiscated by the courts. My group is proposing that the works be sold and the proceeds be used to reimburse the victims for their loss (those that can be identified through the papers found in the works).

My question is how do I calculate the coin value of the works (looking largely at the building since most items have been looted or confiscated as evidence)?

Honestly handwave it... the PCs have other things to worry about than Lepidstadts' Palatine council and their accounting clerks.

+1 and it would be even MORE fun if Lepidstadts' Palatine council has it sooooo wrapped in red tape that it will be forever before its paid out.

Around Ep 5? Have word get to the party that it turns out the works has been sold and each victims family gets a princely sum of 10 or 20gp each - after legal and administrative costs. The buyer? One of the council members.
