Ok- .. so I wanted to know what would happen if say-
I'm currently using Magic Jar- .. and I'm in another body.
While in my 'new' body, I have Flesh to Stone cast on me.
You can take no actions when your 'Stone'
(atleast to my knowledge)
and it takes a Standard Action to jump back to your body- .... so are you just stuck for the duration of the spell?
The way I read it is that the body becomes inert but the soul does not so you would be able to return to the magicjar and then go to either A)a new body of your choice within range as per the spell affect or B) you could return to your own body

Unless someone destroys your magic jar then yes, you are stuck there until Magic Jar expires.
Flesh to Stone turns you into a mindless statue and since it takes a conscious effort (standard action) to return to your Magic Jar your stuck until the spell ends.
