I posted a list back in March, but as loquacious as this group is, it's probably a dozen pages back by now. Here's the presumed schedule for the rest of 2012, based on the assumption of meeting every other Saturday.

May 26 - Memorial Day weekend

June 9
June 16 - Possible Wyvern's Tale opening event tied in with Free RPG Day
June 23

July 7
July 21

August 4
August 18

September 1 - Labor Day weekend
September 15
September 29

October 13
October 27

November 10
November 24 - Thanksgiving weekend

December 8
December 22 - weekend closest to x-mas

Added the date for the possible WT opening event.

Scarab Sages 1/5

I'm really looking forward to FreeRPG day too! Man I hope WT is up and running by then.

Shirts: Stu, I've still got an XL with your name on it if you want it. Other than that, the first run is completely sold out. If you missed out on the original run, or just can't get enough of how awesome Aravandor's design came out, we can start taking requests for a second order. I know I'll be sportin' mine for free RPG day!

My personal boycott of Hillside continues, but hopefully I'll be able to keep a few characters up with you guys in PFS games on the side. GeekOut was a blast!

Silver Crusade 5/5

I'm talking with WT... i'll post when i get the plan man

Looks like July 7th will be the next session I'm gonna make it to. Hopefully I'll still remember how to play Pathfinder by then.

I hope things go well at the new store, and that whoever was bringing the cold germs to Hillside doesn't become a regular at Wyvern's Tale. :-)

Silver Crusade 5/5

WT is opening on the 16th. I am hoping we can man an early game as well as some games at our normal time. They have special scenarios from Paizo for the event we can use!!! ... Also they may have their place ready for us on the ninth... Maybe. I'll keep you guys posted

Sczarni

Yeah keep us in the know the ninth would be great!

Silver Crusade 4/5

Sounds awesome , I can't wait until we can change locations.

Liberty's Edge

Sorry I've been absent from the forums. Work has been... wow... painful. Trying to get used to this sleep schedule on top of the insane amount of physical demand that I am simply not used to (see: WAAAAY out of shape).
Someone asked what I was doing: I'm one of the beverage servers on the casino floor.

Anywho, welcome to all the new people I saw posting! Hopefully I'll get to play with all of ya soon. I'll try to be there on Saturday, even if I have to rush at 10 no matter where we are in game.
I'll see you all then

Hope ta see ya Goon, and good luck With the job it sounds like a cool experience.

Sczarni

What were the games going on this Sat? I heard mention I thought of the God's Market Gambit and another?

Sovereign Court

Midnight Mauler ... levels 3-7 ... figured to give folks the opportunity to break out their mid level PCs

Sczarni

Okay cool. Right now I only have a level two and the rest level ones. That puts me in God's Market Gambit (without playing up). What is it about? If anyone knows, thanks!

Scarab Sages 1/5

From the description it sounds pretty cool

Sczarni

Cool thanks for the info!

Dark Archive 2/5

hey Dain you got any openings? I have a 4th level and it has been a while and Justin if you see this my PFS # is 41225 and - 6

Sovereign Court

no clue ... bring on the 4th level person and we'll see who else is there. Hopefully we'll have enough 3rd level + PCs for the table.

Silver Crusade

Hi Folks,
Hate it but best I don't come down and spread my flu germs around tonight. Want to come so much, but not at the expense of infecting someone else. Take care and everyone stay vertical!

Jim

Hello all,

I know this is weak, but the tier 1 that I was going to run tonight is not ready. It's been a tough week and my dog ate my homework and I have the sniffles etc... I will be there to benefit from the hard work and prep of other GMs of course, but I'm just not prepared.

Sovereign Court

Eaghen,

Sorry you're fighting that bug, man. Get it knocked out of your system (Thai Hot and Sour soup is what you need) ;)

Silver Crusade 4/5

Don't fear low lvls I will come to your aid. Silent tide will be run tonight, tier 1-2.

Scarab Sages

Hello Folks, I've been hunting around a bit for a group of people who like to play D&D on a regular basis. I was pointed in your direction by a friend of mine and was curious if there were any open spaces in any games right now. My fiance and i like playing and are looking to join up with a group for a fun stable game.

If anyone has a few spots open please let me know =)

Silver Crusade 1/5

I played all three intro scenarios at Geek Out with my character 49561 -2 but I only see recorded the second and third. is there a reason I didn't get credit for the first scenario?

Sovereign Court

@Sonne - Well, for a regular fix of gaming goodness, we do run open PFS games on alternating weekends (next one will be June 9) ... and we are talking about running a Free RPG Day event as well (June 16).

Granted PFS is not the same as an on going campaign, BUT you can get to meet folks who share the hobby and there are numerous folks who are running campaigns (homebrew or premade) outside of the alternating weekend PFS games, so it is a good way to figure out who is running what and who has openings at their non-PFS tables.

Which one are you missing? I believe Strange_Package was handling the reporting, but it would be good to know which scenario you were missing so he can check the records.

When I look under my character scenarios I don't see First steps, Part I: In service to Lore, just the second and third. I received the sheet at the end of the scenario, but don't see it listed online here

It should be reported soon, Strange just got the last of the information and he will get it entered as soon as he has time.

Thank you. Reported your final sheet.

Sovereign Court

Oh, one thing that was discussed in passing, but which would probably be a good idea moving forward.

For event creation, I think we should run with a standardized naming system for the event. I would suggest APL-mmddyy (so this weekend's event would be APL-052612). This way if we have a situation where the event has not been set up in the system prior to the event start, everyone will easily have the correct event info on their sheets.

Make sense? Comments?

EDIT: As an FYI, the event # for 5/26/12 is 13230. Note/update your sheets as needed folks.

Hey, I was at the GeekOut event a few weeks ago, and I had a blast! Unfortunately, I live in Kingsport, TN, so coming to Asheville isn't exactly something I can do for regular games. So I'm trying to start my own regular PFS game up here.

I'm letting you know in case you have any players from farther north (toward Johnson City). If you do, let them know about it so they can help me get it off the ground, or even make it their regular game if it's closer. Anyone interested can PM me or email me at KingsportPathfinder(at)gmail(dot)com. Also, if you have any advice on how to get things started well, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

It's really not that hard to get started, all you need is a dedicated group of Pathfinders and a location to meet.

We used to meet at a coffee shop, and we started with a home game group as our core.
Now the lodge has something like 3 regular GMs (with new ones trying it out all the time) and 2-3 full tables every other Saturday, and satellite games happening inbetween throughout the week.

Let us know when you look to start and I'll look at my schedule I'd love to help ya kick it off.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that. The first game will be July 14.

And the trouble is, I've had 0 luck finding anyone else for home games around here. Pretty much the only thing played in this area is Warmachine. But the owner of the local game shop is willing to help with the promotion, and promised to hand out cards to customers if I print them up. Between that, registering it on the paizo website, emailing the nearest VCs, and talking it up on the forums, I'm hoping to get some interest.

Silver Crusade 1/5

An Hour and a half drive maybe a few of us could get together and make the drive up to help you kick it off. Its the off weekend for our games here.

3/5 RPG Superstar Season 9 Top 32, RPG Superstar 2014 Top 16, RPG Superstar 2013 Top 16

Hey, that would be cool. If you bring too many people, you might have to provide your own GM though!

Silver Crusade 5/5

Gentlemen,

Lets start looking toward the 9th and 16th. I'll run a tier 1-2 for the 9th and I'll run one of the specials on the 16th..... who else wants to step up. Venue is still up in the air for the ninth btw.

Peace,
Luth

Sovereign Court

Out of town for the 9th (though I may pop in when I get back in town to see how the games are going depending on what time I actually get back into town).

For the 16th, I would definitely be up for running something ... or two if we are looking at an all day type of event.

Silver Crusade 4/5

I'm up for running on the 9th, #0-01 Silent Tide.1-5 will be the tiers so I can run it 4-5 if we have enough players in that range.

I have to work till 3:30PM the 16th but I will be there as soon as I can when I get off. I can run an evening game if a GM is needed.

Silver Crusade 5/5

Purchased Among the Dead... reading it now... may need to "boost" it or limit the group to 4 players...

Sczarni

Sounds fun!

Silver Crusade 5/5

Patience young padawan. Actually, while I take a break from RL at the coast this upcoming week, I have to do the layout for Wayfinder #7. And I will be putting together at least a very basic site for the APL.

As to Wayfinder, if any of y'all are not familiar with it, it is a fan based semiannual magazine ... even numbered issues are PDF only, odd numbered issues have a limited print run that are distributed to Paizocon attendees as well as a PDF version ... you can download them for free here..
