Paizo has made special arrangements to provide the Microsoft Surface table, complete with HeroLab and Maptool support, and a special surface immune to dice rolls and soda spillage and is offering it through their store for $199.

I'm very happy that Paizo, a privately held company, has control of the Pathfinder IP.
I wouldn't particularly care for Paizo to acquire the D&D licenses though, because I want them to support Golarion, not all the old D&D settings. If they owned them, people would want them to support them.
Now if Paizo just acquired the core D&D brand and the monster catalog, I wouldn't mind that at all, but I don't want them to have pressure on them to maintain the other campaign settings.

Hm ... much as I lament the loss of Dungeon and the Dragon, I can't see Paizo undercutting their adventure path sales by trying to publish a magazine as well, even if the venue (bookstores, etc.) would be a different one.
Comics might be coming, but I can't see that being called 'bigger than RPG Superstar' since RPG Superstar is pretty frickin' huge.
