Favorite Improved Familiar

I am asking several things here:

1) If you have ever taken Improved Familiar, which worked best?

2) What is your favorite?

Never taken it myself, but I am partial to the Arbiter Inevitable or Pseudodragon, fluff-wise if not mechanically.

I like the pseudodragon, and the faerie dragon.

Absolute favourite for me is definitely Lyrakien Azata.

Although my favourite for an evil spellcaster is the Cythnigot Qlippoth.

Both of them for both fluff and mechanics.

I like the silvanshee and the imp.

Tinkerbell is my favorite Improved Familiar.

It makes me sad there aren't any medium sized improved familiars. (If there is and I missed it, I'd certainly appreciate the link.)

My all-time favorite was a gnome who would frequently get high off of his fairy dragon familiar's breath weapon (euphoria gas).

As far as 'best'? Imps. They are *terrifying*. Their at-will invisibility and tiny size makes them incredible spies, and with the proper build they can be effective wand snipers with use magic device. Toss in a weekly commune and it's hard to go wrong... apart from RP issues that the GM may throw at you for voluntarily consorting with a servant of Hell and possibly being an unknowing agent in various fiendish plots.
