It is a graphycs issues that is haunting me from almost the start of the game. In TES IV Oblivion when your char was struck by arrows they kept displaying as stuck in your body for a few more seconds than they vanished. The same is for Skyrim, only the arrows never disappear, at least in my game. I've tried to reset video card settings,change areas many times, strip the char and equip different items, sleep, heal, pray the Nine Divine , nothing. I'm going around looking like a pin cushion.
Of course i could try starting a new game, but i bet you can understand i'ld rather keep playing my current PC, since i just killed the first dragon.
Is anyone else having issues of this type?
How do you handle them?
I don't know why, but the arrows stuck in my char body disappeared after a fight involving bandit archers. Hope they don't come back.
I've seen this reported elsewhere and have seen it myself. To get rid of the arrow it seems you need to be shot by another arrow to get the visual garage cleanup to kickin again.
