November is National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. I'm participating in "Movember," in which I solicit friends and acquaintances to sponsor me to grow a mustache (a silly gimmick, but any gimmick will do).

I fully intend to contribute dude. However I am fairly hard up at the momment. When do controbutions end?
I am so broke I can not even pay attention.
Story of my life. Seriously. As I am going more and more in debts my concentration and ability to focus on anything is falling down. I blame it on stress and aging.

Yeah, November's a really crappy time for this, being so close to the holidays... and the state of the economy this year sure doesn't help. I can totally understand people being reluctant to participate; my last post was just me talking smack. Hopefully anyone who wants to participate (but whose judgment gets the better of them) will just call a rain check for another year when things have improved.
As far as I know, the foundation accepts donations all year, but my personal mustache gets judged on November 30 -- I'm competing with a dozen of my co-workers to produce the best 'stash for my supporters.

I'll see what I can do. I am thinking about going the other direction in aid of movember myself. Head hair, beard, and all the rest to go, if i can get enough people interested.
