Paizo Order #1810972 Still has not arrived.

I pre-ordered the Beginner Box in September. I received an email on October 17th saying that this was now leaving the warehouse to be shipped to me. I have been waiting VERY patiently, but...it still has not arrived. I am so disappointed, as I have been missing out on all the fun and have been looking forward to this.

How much longer is this gonna take? The wait has been unbearable.

We set your Beginner Box to ship on the 17th of last month. According to the confirmation email that was sent out when we shipped it, there was an estimated arrival time of 7-11 business days. Since the 17th it has been 14 business days, so while it is running a bit behind, its no cause for alarm.

While its extremely rare for something to go missing, it's not unheard of for a package to be a few days short of its expected arrival time. I would imagine some time in the near future you'll find a very certain package at your door. If it doesn't arrive by next Friday, let us know though. We have no intention of leaving you empty handed.
