It looks like due to an error in the system, your PDF was granted without being charged when the order was submitted. Sorry for the confusion. I believe the issue that caused this to happen has since been fixed, but I have forwarded it to the tech team to investigate to be sure.
Thanks for the help. You are right. I went back to my march bank statements and there was no charge.
