Hello Sirs,
I have never had a issue with an order before. This order never arrived. I checked with my local post office. I tried looking for the tracking number but could not find one. Any ideas on what happened?

Your shipment is definitely running late at this point. Unfortunately, this is not a trackable shipment, so I do not have a tracking number for you. However, it is pretty rare for a package to disappear altogether, so I expect that it will be showing up at any time now. That being said, to make sure that you get your book, I have put a replacement copy into your sidecart to go out with the next subscription shipment. If the original shipment should show up in the meantime, just let me know and I will cancel the replacement.
