Mounted Charge with Lance Damage

A cavalier charging with Lance and the Spirited Charge feat deals x3 on a normal hit.

My Saturday GM thinks a crit and a normal hit are both x 3. (If this is not the case what RAW/Rulings can I show her?)

I believe a crit is either, x4 or x5.

Which is the correct answer?

Instead, you combine them into a single multiplier, with each extra multiple adding 1 less than its value to the first multiple. For example, if you are asked to apply a ×2 multiplier twice, the result would be ×3, not ×4.

It's x5 on a critical for a Lance during a charge with Spirited Charge.
