At 6th level a Sensei can use his advice ability while spending ki points to affect an ally instead of himself with that class ability. At 4th level, a Qinggong Monk can sacrifice Slow Fall for True Strike. Does it stand that True Strike could be shared with an ally?

If you consider the Quigong Monk's True Strike a Class ability, then yes.

Makes them a good Buffer class for classes need to hit.

True Strike isn't, but Ki Power is, and the effect of Ki Power can be to grant yourself a True Strike effect, so yes, a Qinggong Sensei could spend a ki point to grant an ally a True Strike effect if he picked it as his Ki Power. At 12th level, he could give it to all allies within 30'
