If a human with Metal-Clad tempalte was turned to a vampire, would he not we affected by sunlight or daylight spells, because the first template cause the sunlight to not touch the necrotic skin? thanks.

As far as I know, he would gain no resistances to sunlight. A vampire cannot simply shroud themselves with clothing or armor to avoid the sunlight, so it seems logical that the metal-clad template likewise would provide no protection from the sun's power. That's why vampires don't simply grab a heavy robe and hood and prance about in the daylight.

that should be would he not be affected by sunlight

I haven't seen the metal-clad template, and I'm not sure which book it's in, but my first instinct is to say he would still be affected by sunlight regardless of the covering on his skin because his eyes still have contact with sunlight.
