I'm having a hard time extracting maps from the Kingmaker PDF. I am using Adobe Acrobat Creative Cloud version. When i try and copy a map - for example Oleg's Trading post a right click seems to select the whole page, when i copy then paste the image what was selected is the flowery border only.
