From what I've read, I'd have to go with (in no particular order):

Realm of the Fellnight Queen
The Skinsaw Murders
Hook Mountain Massacre
Seven Days to the Grave
Escape form Old Korvosa
The End of Eternity
The Sixfold Trial
Sound of a Thousand Screams
Tower of the Last Baron
Carrion Hill

Argh, I neither can't put them in order nor nominate the "ultimate best!"

Skinsaw Murders
Seven Days to the Grave
What lies in Dust
From Shore to Sea
The Harrowing
Burnt Offerings
Sixfold Trial
Shadow in the Sky
Spires of Xin-Shalast
Before the Dawn, Part I: Bloodcove Disguise

There are lot more to lsit, but Top 10 is this. Honorable mentions go to: *Trriiiii*

Spoiler:
Mother of Flies, because our group made it one of the most epic adventures ever and Erik Mona's Kings of Absalom. So awesome!

This list is only comprised of adventures I've read or run and used. (You won't see many PFS scenarios on here because I don't have it).

10. Howl of the Carrion King (E. Mona)
9. Serpent's Skull #1: Souls for Smuggler's Shiv (J. Jacobs)
8. Curse of the Crimson Throne #3: Seven Days to the Grave (F. Wesley Schneider)
7. Kingmaker #5: War of the River Kings (J. Nelson)
6. We Be Goblins (R. Pett)
5. Council of Thieves #2: Sixfold Trial (R. Pett)
4. Realm of the Felnight Queen (N. Spicer)
3. Kingmaker #1: Stolen Land (T. Hitchcock)
2. Hollow's Last Hope (J. Buhlman & F. Wesley Schneider)

Spoiler:
(I still use this adventure to teach people tabletop RPGS)

1. Rise of the Runelords #1: Burnt Offerings (J. Jacobs)

I think this list proves that the Paizo editorial staff needs to write more adventures :-D

This was a difficult list to compile so here's some honorable mentions:

Spoiler:

The entire Kingmaker series.
The entire Curse of the Crimson Throne Series.
I haven't read Carrion Crown but own it and am waiting to play in it.
I haven't read Legacy of Fire since I'm a player in it, but have really enjoyed the first two books so far :)
Price of Immortality Trilogy.

Not in priority order:

Carrion Crown: The Haunting of Harrowstone
Carrion Hill
The Godsmouth Heresy
Kingmaker: Stolen Land
Kingmaker: The Varnhold Vanishing
Kingmaker: War of the River Kings
Rise of the Runelords: Burnt Offerings
Rise of the Runelords: The Skinsaw Murders
Tomb of the Iron Maiden

There is only 9 here, but of the ones I've read (perhaps 28 modules and adventure paths), those are the ones that I'd recommend.

Of the other 19, most were okay, and there weren't any I actively disliked, but here were a fair number that were not my style. That's actually a good thing, since I don't believe that everyone does (or even ought to) have the same taste I do - and I've noticed that some that were at the bottom of my list (e.g. The Harrowing) are quite popular with others.

Not really in order but ones that have stuck with me.

The Falcon Hollow kobold trilogy.

The Mad Gods Key. (Dun114)

The Whispering Cairn. (Dun 120 something)

The Tamerauts Fate ( Dun ?)

The first three RotRL

The Forsaken Arch ( Dun 120)

Howl of the Carrion King

I haven't finished reading it yet but I really like the Brinewall Legacy so far.

The Madness in Istiven trilogy (Dun 117-119?)

Thank you for asking for my favoites!

Small correction: I was asking about PF material (from RotRL on) - Dungeon adventures are a bit different kettle of fish.

But thanks, keep it coming!

Here's my list:

#10:We Be Goblins!:
Come on now, how can this NOT get on the list. So much awesome here. Great for a throw together one shot gaming night.(BY:Richard Pett)

#9:Edge of Anarchy:
Good solid opening to a great setup. My only gripe is it starts with an arrow aimed at a villian who doesn't pan out farther than a game session. (By:Nicolas Logue)

#8:Hangman's Noose:
Overall Predictable but fun and great one shot halloween game. (BY:Nicolas Logue)

#7:Carnival of Tears:
As Hangman's Noose but much more on the crazy. (By:Nicolas Logue & Tim Hitchcock)

#6:Hook Mountain Massacre:
Crazy Deliverance action, Ogres by the dozen. Good stuff here that can't be talked about in polite company! (By:Nicolas Logue)

#5:Children of the Void:
A race for treasure, spooky island, dubious double dealings and people to save, add in a mix of hidden history and a crazy falling tower set piece. (By: Mike McArtor)

#4:Shadow in the Sky:
One of the Best city based adventures I have ever ran or read. Sadly the departure in book 3 tore down a great premise for this AP.(BY: Greg A. Vaughn)

#3:Souls for the Smuggler's Shiv:
Great opening adventure, good desert island flavor, ancient magic, witches and cannibals. Good stuff. (By:James Jacobs)

#2:Skinsaw Murders:
This book had so much going on, starting with a murder mystery that leads to a haunted house, then cultists in the big city and a crazy end fight. (BY:Richard Pett)

#1: Burnt Offerings:
Reintroduction to Classic monsters, a fun but coherent dungeon. All traditional goodies well written (BY:James Jacobs)

Honorable mentions: Seven days to the Grave (BY:F. Wesley Schneider), and Fortress of the Stone Giants (By:Wolfgang Bauer)

I find it funny how many times the same names come up.... Also if we were looking at Dungeon Magazine days then thered be more Mona and Jacobs to add ><

I tried to make a list and realized there was no way in hell I could only make 10. I would have to limit it to only the AP's adventures or something.
