Howdy mates! :)
I´m in the middle of a very tough decision right now, and I thought "Why not asking dudes who actually got a hang on this?", and as you can see, so I did...
The question is; Shall I acquire the Patfinder Inner Sea World Guide or the Pathfinder Gamemastery Guide? I´m wondering which one of these products that is most worth the money, the one that gives advice when you are GM and are creating your Campaign setting, or the one that actually gives you Paizo´s own complete world? Well, I don´t have a clue, that´s why I am asking you guys...
So, what is your opinion?

If you're a moderately experience GM, then the GMG isn't that exciting IMO. At any rate, most of the material is available on the PRD (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/) so you can take a look and judge for yourself.
If you're not planning a campaign on Golarion, the Inner Sea World Guide isn't that useful, but otherwise it's pretty good.

Hogarth is right; the GMG is a great book for moderately experienced GMs, but it's still good for experienced game masters, as well. It's got some neat ideas in it. You can also find all the GM info you need here:

I've not seen the Inner Sea guide, so I can't comment on that.

I'd say it depends how much time you have to make up your own stuff, and how much experience you have running a game.
If you have experience but are short on time I'd say Inner Sea Guide.
If you have little experience but plenty of time (and don't mind the work) I'd say GMG.
Any other combination... Well, I don't know, but you could always ask your players if they want to play in an official Setting, or would they rather you picked up some generally useful stuff?

I would go with the Inner Sea World Guide. I have a hard time paying for a book of GMing advice, when there are so many free ways to get that advice. I do like the sample NPC's in the Gamemastery Guide however.

For sheer utility, the GMG.
If you are playing the game in Golarion, you probably want the ISWG, but the GMG will ultimately be more useful to you, I believe. It has pages of random tables for generating treasure or stocking shops, it have a huge section in the back with pre-generated NPCs (the only downfall here is that they're all human, but that's easily swapped up, just remove a feat and one skill point per HD, then change around the ability scores and add in appropriate racial traits). There are rules for drug addiction, haunts, building other planes of existence, and tables full of stuff like tavern names.
The ISWG has tons of information about... the Inner Sea region. Which is awesome! If you're going to be using all of it. I have yest to use it, though I really like some of the location-specific feats, and there are some details about firearms in it, as well as some slick prestige classes in the back.

This comes down to your setting. If you run homebrew, or GM on-the-fly a lot, get the GMG. The statblocks and tables in there can really knock you out of writers block in a pinch. I don't even roll on the tables, I just open to the appropriate adventure type chapter and pick something!
If you have any interest in Golarion, or you like picking out adventure blurbs and re purposing them wholesale, get the Inner Sea guide. In fact, if you're going to use any setting at all with PF, I'd recommend the ISWG... it's the best setting for the ruleset, and that book is very polished.

Ok guys (and girls), I´ve made my decision, and my choice was... *dramatic drums*... ISWG!
Yup, it took a hell of a while before I buyed it, but after about a month with it I can only say AWESOME! It is an excellent book and a very well-polished world that me and my players definitely will have loads of fun with... ;D
Thank you for all the wise answers and recommendations. See ya! :)

Congrats on your choice. I don't have it myself cause I am running an FR campaign.
But whenever I hear about the high quality of the Pathfinder Campaign stuff, I wish there was a graceful way I could transition my campaign.
