Who is your favorite cover artist to date and who would you like to see in the future?
For me, I'm a big fan of Steve Prescott's work, especially the covers for Second Darkness. I would love to see him do another series of AP covers but I wouldn't mind seeing Eric Belisle or Alex Aparin do some too.
I've really liked Dave Rapoza's recent stuff for Carrion Crown, and I think Jesper Ejsing's style fit the theme of Legacy of Fire really well.
For future ones: Eva Widermann does great stuff, and (as I've said elsewhere), Anne Stokes.
I'm a recent and huge fan of Carolina Eade and I'd love to see her score some covers.
Edit: Also, I don't who did the work, but whoever illustrated my Poisoned Lodge section of the Rivals Guide knocked the art order out of the park, so more by that artist!
Well, I'm pretty sure it's not Eric Belisle, Alberto Dal Lago, Carolina Eade, Paul Guzenko, Andrew Hou, Eva Widermann, or Kieran Yanner, which leaves Sara Forlenza, Francesco Graziani, Ryan Portillo, or Allison Theus.
Don't know if anyone can top Wayne Reynolds for me & his work in giving us the iconic Paizo characters through the first 2 APs.

hmmmm. I'm always bouncing from one favorite artist to another. Recently I was checking out Vance Kovacs & Justin Gerard, so I'll throw their names out.
Most Favorite: Wayne Reynolds, Kemim Beyit
Least Favorite: Vincent Dutrait (sorry, Vincent!)
