Description:These vestments have an almost metallic appearance, though its fabric has the shimmer of brimming hope and aid. When the bearer attempts to Aid Another on a skill check, the bonus granted is increased an additional amount imbued in the raiment. In addition, the bearer may attune this robe to a creature for every +2 the raiment accumulates (minimum 1), a process that takes 1 full minute to do so. The bearer may aid an attuned creature with any skill check, even if the bearer has no skill ranks in the skill, would normally be unable to aid the creature, and/or is not trained in the skill the attuned creature is attempting.

I noticed armor and weapon properties increased the Aid Another action's capabilities for to-hit and AC, but no item to increase the Aid Another action for skill checks; hence the inspiration for this item.
