Would a Silver Smite Bracelet (APG 309) aid a Hellknight using Smite Chaos (ISWG 278)?

No. But it would be reasonable to make versions of the Silver Smite Bracelet that helped for other smite variants.

The Smite Chaos language is short hand for "it works just like that but different, so we're not gonna reprint the text." The Silver Smite Bracelet does a specific thing; helping Smite Chaos isn't that thing.
