Apparently Froggodgames supports Pathfinder as well - at least as an alternative rules set. And the new version of the Tome of Horrors will be available in Pathfinder version, too.
I dunno if I would say alternate rules set. Short of the leftover Necromancer stuff (published for PF only), absolutely everything that FGG has published has been for both S&W and PF. So the support has been pretty much equal, if anything slightly titled towards PF stuff.

True, because the initial FGG product is the Slumbering Tsar campaign, which is written entirely for Pathfinder.

And UBAD (The Ultimate Book of Adventure Design) by Mythmere (Matt Finch), though it has the Swords and Wizardry label on it, has no game rule specific information in it at all and can be used to create an adventure in any game system. I am not sure when UBAD will come out as it isn't complete yet, still awaiting art as far as I know.

Yes, I already saw Mythmere on the FGG site. Definitely purchasing that one as soon as it is available in Paizo store!

You guys really should make sure to start separate threads. I don't think FGG fans will have any idea to look in here to see some of this info.

Detour aside, we are getting even closer. First of four products in layout as we speak.

Sorry again Clark. I don't know what to tell you other than folks love Necromancer Games. You have built up a following that doesn't fade.

Perhaps FGG fans are Necromancer fans are Legendary games fans? I don't see how that is a bad thing.

Is it Monday yet? :D

No need to apologize! I love having you here and posting, even if it refers to FGG stuff. I know all you guys are Necro fans and you are right they are loyal and awesome. I am so thankful for the fans. You notice I don't ever say "don't post here", I just want to make sure Bill gets threads about FGG. :)

I sure hope Necro fans who play Pathfinder are Legendary Games fans. I just want to make sure Bill gets his own threads. He deserves them.

And I can't wait for Monday to show you guys what I am up to.

Clark,

Any idea on how and where you will be making such an announcement etc? I'd like to make sure to catch it (and chat if possible) but obviously everyone's schedule is packed with events, games etc.

Will you have a booth / stand at the Con?

Thanks!

I second this question. Are you just gonna stand up at the banquet with a bullhorn? That'd be cool.

We'll be there answering questions. Like after the RPG Superstar panel that I am helping on (with Sean and Neil, they let me be a guest which was very nice of them).

No, not at the banquet. That's a time for Paizo fans celebrating Paizo, not for me grabbing limelight.

We'll figure a time and have a small session.

Uh, Orcus is a freaking lord of the undead. How can you NOT grab the limelight? (Unless it's major Channel Positive Energy or something....)

I'm coming to the Con to re-connect with some of my friends at Paizo. I've been busy and out of it for a bit so I just want to see everyone again. I even want to meet a few people in person who I've never met face to face. And reconnect with some old d20 guys--for instance, Hyrum Savage (now at Paizo) was one of the first d20 3Ps along with Necro. I remember having a beer with him in my old hometown of Las Vegas when we both went to the first d20-ified GAMA trade show. I can't wait to see him again. I need to see Erik and Lisa and James and company. I hope to see Ryan Dancey, who I hold in very high regard. Same with my friend Sean and Wolfgang. And all the others, its too long of a list to name.

Plus, like all the other fans, I'm a HUGE Pathfinder fan. I just want to revel in the awesomeness of Pathfinder and meet people and get a great feel for what the fans are in to and really check out people playing and running games. I can't wait. Maybe someone will let me get in a game or something. I'm dying to play in the new goblin adventure, but as a Publisher I didnt put in for any game sessions. I figure the con is for fans, not for me, so if I put in I'm just possibly taking a spot from a fan and that's not right. So my secret hope is to get in a few of those kind of games. I'm sure I'll try green blood on black rock if I can get it without edging anyone else out. That is important to me--this is a con for the Paizo fans not for me. I want to make sure they have an awesome time.

Remember, I'm a gamer first, publisher second. That, more than anything, has been my unintentional key to success. So I;m going to the Con as a gamer. I'm happy to answer questions while there and do whatever people might want. But I'm not going as a "corporate" guy. That's just not who I am.

I just enjoy watching the whole scene. You have to remember, I am a vet of GenCon. I always, every year, got the private pass to the late night White Wolf vampire parties. I had beers with a pretty important guy with a dot in his name (Mark Rein*Hagen), though he likely doesn't remember me. I sure remember all the vampire girls in latex though. I've played in late night pick up games with Monte Cook. I've taken Gary Gygax out to a steak dinner. I've seen it. I've hosted my own pick up games. I've done product demos. I've done all that. I am just really interesting in coming and seeing the fans just eat it up. Cons like this are really cool.

I never go to Cons with a plan, things just seem to work themselves out. You make connections you don't anticipate and can't plan. Its just fun and organic.

And I hope to see you all there.

We're full up (minus any no-shows), but we runs a betting system for spectators to cheer on their favorite combatants and get a chance to win prizes, so swing by.
