I just received this shipment and am saddened that Tales of Old Margreve was not included in the package.
Plus, it looks like I received a defective copy of The Northlands. The right half section of page 2 is filled in black. Plus the lower right image on some of the pages (all pages in which a chapter begins; 3, 19, 35, etc.) obscures text, making it unreadable.

What of the defective item, though?
Get what use out of it you can before the replacement arrives and then destroy it in as environmentally friendly manner as possible. Our main concern is that defective product not end up back in circulation where someone else could get it and then be disappointed.

I got my copy of Margreve in the mail today, but a replacement for Northlands wasn't included. Was that supposed to ship separately?

Looks like there was some miscommunication on our end. I apologize for the error and we will get the Northlands book out to you as soon as possible.

Received replacement copy. It too is defective.
Ugh. I just checked, and our entire inventory is like that. :/ We've contacted the manufacturer and will find out what they want us to do with them.
You now have a choice, then. I can either refund you for the purchase (either back to the originating card, or as Paizo store credit), or I can set you up with another replacement to go out if and when we ever get a reprint (that's a big "if").
I apologize for not having caught the problem previously and please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
